In 2020, fuelled by the innate human characteristic of self-preservation, we quickly learned to do what we did in a radically different format.
We have transformed from being predominantly physical to virtual.
On our new client meetings, we needed, still, to show the new styles and ideas we were developing. Thus, we created a set of tools to adapt, being one of them a photo studio.
Every day we take pictures to be sent to customers and we are gathering them in a new Digital Archive of the garments developed at FSM.
As we evolve to a hybrid model (physical and virtual) and we’re eager to physical meetings again (with the spontaneity and freedom to create new things and meaningful relations), these tools improve processes and shorten distances.
A new way of work with our customers that will blend naturally with the physical presence.
